This thin-wall heat shrink tubingwith a shrink ratio of 3:1, is lined with an internal heat-fusible adhesive that melts during heating to perfectly match the support and guarantee protection waterproof. It is designed for electrical connections, sheathing or repairs requiring a barrier against moisture, dust and external agents.
Once laid, the adhesive infiltrates around the cable or connector, filling the irregularities and ensuring a homogeneous seal. It is ideal for outdoor applications, in buried tubings, or in humid environments, such as garden boxes, charging terminals or outdoor lighting. Its flexibility before heating makes it easy to thread, even on cables already in place.
It supports a continuous temperature of 135 °C and is resistant to water projections, oils and moderate abrasion. Its structure remains flexible after cooling, thus avoiding cracks in case of bending of the cable.
Used by electricians, outdoor network installers, industrial maintenance teams, this tubing is a reliable ally for all exposed interventions. It exists in several diameters, and is delivered in bars or coils as required.
