by ratio, thickness, with resin, size, color, packaging.

Choice by coefficient of tightness (ratio 2:1 3:1 4:1 6:1), thickness, with or without adhesive, colours, size, packaging by reel, bar, sleeve, by the meter.

How to choose and use the heat shrinkable tubing using the thermoretraction guide?

1. Choose the wall type of the tubing depending on your use, wall thin and flexible heavy wall and Waterproof from 0.33 mm to 4.3 mm (see detailed sheets for finished thicknesses).
2. With or without adhesive, to ensure perfect sealing, choice according to the operating temperature 105°C, 110°C, 135°C, tubing self-extinguishing.
3. Then choose the restrained coefficient ( restricted from 2:1 to 6:1 ), this corresponds to the ratio between initial and minimum diameter ,example tubing 12/4 mm , Ø 12 mm initial before tightened and Ø 4 mm at minimum tightened, corresponds to a tightened 3:1.
4. As a reminder, if you are looking for the circumference of tubing, it is enough to X the diameter by 3.14, e.g tubing with a diameter of 12.7 mm at a circumference of 38.93 mm
5. You then have a choice of color (black, blue, red, green, white, yellow, brown, grey, transparent, yellow green, orange)
6. Then choose the packaging according to the types, sleeves, tubes, bars, coils, distribution boxes ,, assortment box without adhesive ,, assortment box with adhesive ,, thermoretractable sheaths black and colours per metre
7. On request tubing large diameter up to 1000 mm
8. Attention all dimensions indicated are useful inner diameters, and NOT flat, see our table of equivalences ,for the conversion of flat diameter <--> dimensions

How to implement the heat shrinkable tubing ( thermorepressant )

1. Cut the desired length, provide a longitudinal shrinkage of 5-7 % (length direction of tube)
2. Consult the technical data sheets to know the temperature of the tubing, it is preferable not to use a flame, but rather a thermal gun or suitable oven, we offer a range of hot air gun suitable for the installation of heat-retractable ducts and products, no electricity, think about the wireless heating gun
3. Heat evenly over the outer diameter and then over the entire length of the tubing, do not overheat tubing will lose its characteristics, leave the tubing cool slowly.
