With a shrink ratio 4:1 and an internal hot-fuse adhesive, this heat shrinkable tubing is specifically designed for difficult environments and installations where the diameters to cover vary greatly. It effectively protects from connectors, splices, terminations or asymmetrical junctions, ensuring lasting sealing even in the presence of permanent moisture.

The high tightness allows to marry complex shapes, while the adhesive ensures a perfect connection with the cable, creating a physical barrier against infiltration of water, sand, dust or grease. It is used in buried energy networks, port facilities, automatic watering systems, or in engine harnesses exposed to weather.

This tubing ensures excellent electrical insulation, satisfactory mechanical strength and remains thermally stable up to 135 °C. It can also be used in environments subjected to vibration, thanks to the flexibility of the whole after cooling.

In industrial maintenance, this tubing is often used to replace cracked rigid tubings or to renovate a damaged cable on site. It settles down with the help of a hot air gun, and its placement is facilitated by its initial flexibility.

Available in black and transparent, in single lengths or in coils, this solution is a standard in lighting, irrigation or road signs.
