Braided sleeving extendable to reel 3 to 72mm
69,06 € HT
Braided sleeving extensible in the form of sleeve tubular braided polyester filaments (PET). Structure in open mesh allowing to enlarge the sleeve to insert large beams, then let it tighten around the cables, thus offering an automatic adjustment to different diameters without using heat. Very flexible and highly flexible, promotes cable mobility and wire access during maintenance operations. Made of self-extinguishing and halogen-free PET, it combines lightness and mechanical resistance, in addition to excellent dielectric properties.

Détails :
Packed on a sturdy cardboard turret, this tubing is intended for intensive workshop applications. Rolled in long lengths (50 to 100 meters depending on the nominal diameter), it allows you to quickly unbroken the necessary linear – convenient for the manufacture of beams or serial wiring. The format reel stabilizes the tubing between two operations: placed on a reel, the desired length is taken as it is. This conditioning avoids knots and facilitates cutting at precise length, improving productivity when making large bundles.
To cut the tubing cleanly and prevent it from scraping, we recommend cutting it with a heated blade. The latter cuts the filaments and welds the ends between them ensuring that the end is in good condition. The heated blade tools are available on request at ACLP, want to contact us.
The PET braided tubing is found in automotive, rail, aeronautics and industry in general. It dresses the bundles of vehicles (cars, trucks, trains) and construction equipment, and protects cables in machine tools and electrical cabinets. Its high rate of expansion makes installation simple even around connectors or components with complex profiles.
This PET tubing offers excellent resistance to friction and abrasion. It protects cables from damage caused by sharp edges, violent shocks or vibrations. Polyester also tolerates most industrial fluids: oils, fuels or solvents do not damage the tubing. Its operating temperature range generally extends from -40 °C to +125 °C in continuous operation (some PET models up to +150 °C). Another advantage, its halogen-free and self-extinguishing composition delays the spread of the flame.
