Does this tubing accept temperature exceedances above 135°C ?
No, we advise against using this tubing above 135°C, even when temperature peaks. Up to 135°C, only heat-retractable polyolethin have the ability to withstand continuously in temperature up to 135°C.
Above 135°C, you should head towards high temperaure sheaths among :
- the tubing in elastomers with a temperature holding of 150°C. This tubing is available on request, contact us,
- the tubing KYNAR (vinylidene polyfluoride). This heat shrinkable tubing high temperature and flexible holds continuously up to 175°C.
