What type of tubing are available in green colour ?
In green colour, ACLP offers 5 types of tubing.
For general use, with a temperature holding up to 125°C available in many colours, ACLP offers you the heat shrinkable tubing green ratio 2:1 type PF2-125 and type PF3-125 for ratio 3:1. These products in packaging reel are mostly in stock at ACLP. For 1 meter or 1.22 meter long sleeves or dispenser box, please contact us.
If the operating environment requires up to 135°C in temperature, ACLP offers the heat shrinkable tubing green ratio 2:1 type PF2-135 manufactured in Europe, or heat shrinkable tubing green ratio 3:1 type PF3-135 also manufactured in Europe. These products are widely available in packaging sleeve 1 metre. For reels, please contact us.
If your need is both a tubing flexible green colour, and with a thermofusible resin inside for a need of sealing or mechanical resistance, our ACLP range includes the heat shrinkable tubing green with adhesive in reel Type PF3-A.
Thin-wall heat shrink green tubing ratio 2:1 in 1.22 meter lenght
The thin-wall heat shrink tubing type PF2-135, green colour, is offered in 1.22 meter bar for precise use in workshop and electrical integration. With a shrink ratio 2:1, it adapts effectively to conductors or components of close diameters while maintaining flexibility and mechanical hold after retraction. Its operating temperature range from -55 °C to +135 °C ensures reliable stability in the industrial environment, while its restricted temperature above 90 °C allows rapid and controlled implementation. Equipped with 20 kV/mm dielectric rigidity, it ensures efficient insulation in low voltage. Flexible, self-extinguishing, RoHS compliant and UL 224 125 °C certified, it meets the normative requirements of professionals. Other colours are available (white, blue, brown, yellow, grey, black, red, green, yellow-green, transparent) to facilitate circuit coding. It also exists in heat shrinkable tubing green in reel for large series, or cut into custom sleeves.
For a change of colour of a 14 mm outside diameter cable length 10 meters from red to green color, we recommend you use heat shrinkable tubing green Ø19.1/9.5 from a reel This is the product PF2-125.
