GREY Heat shrinkable tubing
What types of tubing are available in grey colour ?
Colour grey, ACLP makes available four references of heat-retractable ducts, all in wall thin, to cover all common wiring and electrical integration configurations.
For standard applications with diameters close to cover, the heat shrinkable tubing grey ratio 2:1, holding up to 125 °C, type PF2-125, is a rational and versatile solution. When the difference between diameters is greater, the ratio version 3:1, type PF3-125, allows to absorb these differences while maintaining a homogeneous finish after narrowing.
If the environment requires an increased thermal holding up to 135 °C, the heat shrinkable tubing grey type PF2-135 offers increased stability in continuous operation.
Finally, for applications requiring mechanical reinforcement or peripheral sealing, the heat shrinkable tubing grey walled thin with internal adhesive, ratio 3:1, type PF3-A, ensures optimal maintenance and lasting protection of connections.
Thin-wall heat shrink grey tubing ratio 2:1 in 1.22 metre lenght
The thin-wall heat shrink tubing PF2-135 In grey colour, delivered in 1.22 meter bar, is particularly suitable for environments where visual discretion and harmonization with industrial boxes or equipment are sought. Sound shrink ratio 2:1 makes it possible to effectively cover conductors or small connections with close diameters, while ensuring regular retraction and excellent dimensional hold.
Designed to operate between -55°C and +135°C, it offers reliable stability in continuous operation. Its restricted temperature above 90 °C ensures a controlled application with hot air, compatible with the usual practices in the workshop. Thanks to a 20 kV/mm dielectric rigidity, it provides a secure insulation level for low voltage applications. Flexible and self-extinguishing, RoHS compliant and UL-certified 224 125 °C, it meets the quality standards expected by wiring and electrical integration professionals.
Also available for retail heat shrinkable tubing grey per metre, this reference completes a wide range of colours (white, blue, brown, yellow, grey, black, red, green, yellow-green, transparent) allowing the identification to be adapted to the specific requirements of each installation.
Imagine an electrical installation with the blue color non-compliant for a cable. Then to repair this non-compliance at little cost, the blue cable will be covered with a heat shrinkable tubing grey available in reel.
