In white colour, ACLP offers a complete range of 7 types of heat-retractable sheaths to cover the aesthetic, technical and normative needs of professionals.
For general industrial applications with thermal holding up to 125 °C, the polyolethin White is available in ratio 2:1 type PF2-125 and ratio 3:1 type PF3-125. These references, mostly held in stock in coils, meet the current needs of insulation, tracking and light mechanical protection. Packing in sleeves of 1 metre or 1.22 metres, as well as dispenser boxes, are also available upon request.
The white colour is particularly suitable for printing and marking. In this way, ACLP offers white sheaths specially formulated for thermal transfer, with a very flat structure that facilitates the passage by printing. Ink adhesion is optimized to ensure long-lasting and clear marking. In ratio 2:1, this is reference PF2-125-PR-BL, and in ratio 3:1 of reference PF3-125-PR-BL.
When the application imposes a thermal holding reinforced up to 135 °C, ACLP makes available the heat shrinkable tubing White in ratio 2:1 type PF2-135, and the ratio 3:1 type PF3-135, both manufactured in Europe. These products are widely available in sleeves of 1 meter, packaging in reel be accessible upon consultation.
Finally, for applications requiring peripheral sealing or mechanical reinforcement, the heat shrinkable tubing white with internal adhesive in ratio 3:1 type PF3-A complete the ACLP offer. It ensures optimal maintenance of connections while ensuring lasting protection against moisture and mechanical stresses.
Thin-wall heat shrink white tubing ratio 2:1 in 1.22 metre long
The thin-wall heat shrink tubing PF2-135 in colours white, proposed in a 1.22 metre bar, is particularly suitable for applications where the legibility, marking or aesthetics of wiring are decisive criteria. Colour white is particularly relevant for printing, durable identification or clear visual identification.
