For an aesthetic need, a perfect and brilliant tension of the heat shrinkable tubing yellow, ACLP offers you the tubing PPVC-12-JA yellow PVC material. This tubing is perfect for wrapping cells or batteries, its low wall thickness facilitates the installation of all narrow housings.
For general use, with a temperature holding up to 125°C available with many colours, we offer you the heat shrinkable tubing yellow ratio 2:1 type PF2-125 and type PF3-125 for ratio 3:1. These products in packaging reel are mostly in stock at ACLP. For 1 meter or 1.22 meter long sleeves or dispenser box, please contact us.
ACLP has a range of heat shrinkable tubing yellow for printing by a thermal transfer printer. This tubing is very applause which facilitates machine printing. The quality of tubing is such that the ink on the tubing is excellent. In shrink ratio 2:1, this is the tubing themoretractable yellow applause for PF2-125-PR-JA inpression, and shrink ratio 3:1, ACLP offers you the heat shrinkable tubing yellow for printing type PF3-125-PR-JA.
If the operating environment requires up to 135°C in temperature, ACLP offers the heat shrinkable tubing yellow ratio 2:1 type PF2-135 manufactured in Europe, or heat shrinkable tubing yellow ratio 3:1 type PF3-135 also manufactured in Europe. If your need is both a tubing flexible yellow colour, and with a thermofusible resin inside for a need of sealing or mechanical resistance, our ACLP range includes the heat shrinkable tubing yellow with adhesive in reel Type PF3-A.
Thin-wall heat shrink yellow tubing ratio 2:1 in 1.22 metre lenght
The heat shrinkable tubing yellow to wall thin PF2-135, in 1.22 m bar, is particularly suitable for tracking and visual identification operations in the industrial environment. Sound shrink ratio 2:1 makes it possible to secure the insulation of conductors or small connections while maintaining an excellent homogeneity of wall after retraction. Its extended operating range from -55 °C to +135 °C ensures lasting dimensional and electrical stability, even in the presence of repeated thermal variations.
With a dielectric rigidity of 20 kV/mm, this tubing guarantees reliable insulation for low voltage wiring, electrical cabinets, machine beams or electronic subassemblies. Its minimum restricted temperature above 90 °C allows controlled application with hot air, without degradation of the surrounding components. Flexible and self-extinguishing, RoHS compliant and UL 224 125 °C certified, it meets the quality requirements of integrators and equipment manufacturers.
The yellow colour is particularly relevant for marking circuits, identifying phases or signalling specific conductors. Also available in reel for industrial series, it can be supplied per metre for one-off requirements. The range is supplemented by several other colours (white, blue, brown, grey, black, red, green, yellow-green, transparent) to adapt to internal coding standards. If necessary, the heat shrinkable tubing yellow color allows changing the color of a cable, for example, a color cable brown may be sheathed yellow.
