This heat shrinkable cable breakout 1 to 2 outputs makes it possible to create a reliable Y plug on a cable while guaranteeing the sealing of the junction. Designed for cables that have to be separated into several beams, it ensures the bypass of a main line to two secondary exits safely. It is thus used to connect a main cable to two directions, facilitating the connection of electrical networks and the distribution of the current to several circuits. Its Y-shaped shape is perfect for separating a twin cable or fork bypassing a low voltage (BT) network.

Installation of this room is simple and fast. Just position the tip on the cable and apply a uniform heat source. The crosslinked polyolefin material retracts evenly, marrying the shapes of the main cable and both branches. Its high reduction rate allows easy and fast implementation on cables of various diameters, without complex tools. At the same time, the internal thermofusible glue melts and adheres to the insulation of the cable, creating a continuous seal. Once cooled, the end forms a sealed seal that protects the connection from water infiltration or impurity. This double action (restricted + adhesive) ensures optimal electrical insulation and excellent mechanical hold over time.

Designed in high-performance material, this thermoretractable moulded part offers remarkable durability in the face of demanding conditions. The crosslinked polyolefin used, combined with an internal adhesive, gives the whole an excellent resistance to moisture, oxidation and UV rays. The standard black version is treated anti-UV for prolonged sun hold without cracking. When restrained, internal adhesive forms a barrier waterproof which isolates and protects the connection of water and moisture, thus preventing any risk of corrosion of the conductors. This end also supports difficult environments: temperature variations (-55 °C to +110 °C), mechanical vibrations and exposure to common chemical agents (oils, solvents...). It does not contain halogens, in accordance with safety standards (RoHS), which makes it suitable for sensitive electrical installations.
